Earlier this year my landlord sold his property and I had to move - DURING COVID! I figured I could find a place on my own. I couldn’t. So I found a realtor, and it was a confusing experience. He was very aggressive and I felt disappointed. Not knowing what to do, I remembered Nick Zarlenga is also a real estate agent and broker. I figured he would be too busy to service me with a simple lease agreement. However I decided to call up Nick and he told me he'd be happy to help. The next day he picked me up from my home, and took me on a leasing tour. He knew about every property we visited and was able to answer all my questions. I felt inspired and excited. He had an information package of all the properties we were to visit with a tour map and schedule and I couldn’t believe how professional he was throughout the entire process. Within a couple weeks and after visiting 15 to 20 properties, I found my dream home. Within a month I was living in it. A 1,500 square foot penthouse with an 800 square foot balcony! When I moved in, Nick showed up at 8 am to help me move. He also helped with the painting cost and bought me a very generous house warming present to congratulate me on my new home. I recommend Nick Zarlenga to everyone I know and he's certainly won my business for life 🙂 The summer living in the penthouse was the best summer of my life that lifted me out of an emotional rut. Nick has helped me and my friend find an amazing condo in downtown. We have been trying to find for a good place for so long and to be honest we almost gave up, the reason we didn't is because Nick kept telling us that there will always be somewhere some place that we are going to like and the secret is just to not give up and try it. Somehow after Nick said it the next week we found 3 places that we fell inlove with! What I liked about Nick the most is the fact that he was able to negotiate the conditions and the price with the listing agent to our favor. He managed to lower the price by $150k WHICH IS INSANE!!
